5Claim it

When My Requests says Ready to Claim, go to the hall on your chosen day with a valid ID.

For employment, police clearance, bank transactions, loans and other requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I request a barangay certificate online?
Create a Resident Portal account under Barangay Portal, wait for the barangay to verify it, then choose the document, fill in the form and pick your appointment day. Claim the document at the barangay hall on that day.
What should I bring when I claim my document?
Bring a valid ID and the fee shown in your request. For the Barangay ID, your photo and signature are taken from your online request.
How long does verification of my account take?
Usually 1 to 2 working days. The barangay checks your valid ID against the list of residents.
How do I report an incident or a complaint?
Go to the barangay hall or call the barangay hotline. You may also send us a message under Contact Us. In an emergency, call 911.
