By using the website and the Resident Portal of Barangay Dela Paz, Antipolo City, you agree to the following.

Your account

• Give your true and complete information. Accounts with false information will be rejected or disabled.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for the requests made with your account.
• One account per person. The barangay verifies every account before it can request documents.

Requests and appointments

• An online request is not yet a released document. The barangay may approve or disapprove it, and will tell you the reason.
• Choose an appointment day when you request a document. Each day has a limited number of slots. Please come on the day you chose, during office hours, and bring a valid ID.
• If you cannot come, change your appointment or cancel the request in My Requests, so the slot can be given to another resident.
• Fees are paid at the barangay hall when you claim the document.

Documents

Documents issued by the barangay have a control number and a QR code that anyone can check on the Verify a Certificate page. Changing a document or using a fake one is against the law.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Notice and the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Changes

The barangay may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page.
